Refund policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Fit by M clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a credit note, exchange or refund policy under the following conditions:

Exchanges, credit note and refunds:

  • Refunds, on regular priced items ONLY must be made within 12 days of the date of purchase. You can log in here to request a return: https://shopify.com/87659217179/account
  • Exchanges and credits must be made within 12 days of the date of purchase on all items.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging.
  • Items on sale (or with a promo code) are not eligible for a refund. They are eligible for a credit note or exchange.
  • Discounted items with an additional discount (promo code) are final sales.
  • Shipping costs for exchange or return are $10 and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items at 50% or more are final sales.
  • Items listed as final sales are not refundable or exchangeable.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE AND CREDIT NOTE:

Step 1: In the case of an exchange or a credit note you can log in here to request a return: https://shopify.com/87659217179/account
Step 2: Indicate the item to return and the items you would like to exchange if this is the case.
Step 3: Place the piece in the original bag, attach the pre-paid label and drop it off at a Purolator service point.
A $10 fee will be charged to the customer for the return label.
In the event that you wish to make an exchange, Fit by m will cover the costs of shipping the NEW item.
It is very important to write your full name in the return bag and mention whether you require a credit note, an exchange or a refund.

REFUND PROCEDURE

All discounted items or items purchased with a promo code ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

Step 2: Place the piece in the original bag, attach the pre-paid label and drop it off at a Purolator service point.
The $10 Purolator PRE-PAID sticker will be deducted from the refund.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We do not offer price adjustments on any orders. If applicable, make sure you enter your promotional code correctly before completing the transaction.

Please contact our customer service if you have any questions regarding your return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions stated above are not met.

NO WASHED ITEMS are accepted for exchange, credit note or refund.
